Automation & AI

Automation scripts and AI agents for repetitive work

If someone on your team does the same clicks every day, a script can probably do them. We write the script, connect the tools, and add AI where reading or writing text is the slow part.

Automation & AI

What you get

  • 01

    Scripts and scheduled jobs

Small programs that run on a schedule or on a trigger and do one job reliably.

  • 02

    API integrations

Shops, spreadsheets, CRMs and messaging tools connected so data moves on its own.

  • 03

    AI agents in your workflow

Language models for the parts that need reading, sorting, summarising or drafting, with a person kept in the loop.

  • 04

    Data sync

Products, orders, stock or contacts kept identical across systems.

  • 05

    Automatic reports and alerts

Numbers delivered on a schedule, and a message when something looks wrong.

  • 06

    Logs and handover

Documentation and logs, so the automation does not become a black box.

Process

Typical jobs

  • Order data exported from a shop into a spreadsheet every night.
  • Supplier price lists turned into product updates.
  • Incoming enquiries summarised and routed to the right person.

How a rebuild goes

  1. 1

    Audit

We look at what you have and tell you plainly what is broken and what is fine.

  2. 2

    Plan

A fixed scope, a clear price and a date, before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Rebuild

Short rounds. You see working progress every few days, not one big reveal at the end.

  4. 4

    Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough, and support after launch.

FAQ

Questions

What can be automated?

Anything that follows rules and happens on a computer: moving data, filling forms, generating documents, sending messages. Where judgment is needed, we automate the preparation and leave the decision to a person.

Is it safe to let AI touch our data?

Before anything is built, we tell you which services your data would pass through, and sensitive steps stay under human approval. Where data must not leave your systems, we design around that.

What happens when a tool changes and the script breaks?

Scripts log what they do and report failures instead of failing silently. Fixes after handover are available as maintenance.

Where does the automation run?

On your server, in a small cloud function, or as a scheduled task in a tool you already pay for. We pick the cheapest option that is reliable enough.

Do we need technical staff to use it?

No. You get a short guide and a simple way to see whether it ran.

Have something that needs rebuilding?

Send a few lines about it. We reply by email.
