Terms of service
These terms apply to the custom work we do for you: Shopify themes, websites, automation and dashboards. Your written quote can add to them, and where the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins. Last updated on 13 October 2026.

Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, the price, the timeline and the payment schedule. Work starts once you accept the quote in writing; an email is enough.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start on it. We do not bill open-ended hours.
Payment
Payments follow the schedule in the quote. Prices are in US dollars, or in Vietnamese dong for clients in Vietnam, unless the quote says otherwise.
If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it arrives, and the timeline moves by the same amount.
What we need from you
Access to the accounts, content and decisions the work depends on, in time for the timeline to hold. Delays on your side move the dates accordingly.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content, images and data you give us.
Who owns the work
Once the project is paid in full, the code we write for you is yours, together with the accounts and documentation we hand over. We may keep using general techniques and our own tools that are not specific to your project.
Third-party parts — themes bought on ThemeForest, Shopify apps, plugins, fonts and outside services — stay under their own licences, and any fees for them are yours.

A theme bought on ThemeForest is covered by Envato's licence and item support terms, not by these terms. Custom work we do on a theme you bought is covered here.
Checking the work
We show progress along the way and ask you to check the finished work against the quote. Tell us about anything that does not match it and we fix it as part of the project.
After launch
We fix defects in our own work that you report after launch, for the period stated in the quote. Changes, new features and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, accounts and data private and use them only for your project. We only mention a project in our portfolio with your permission.
Liability
We work carefully, but we cannot promise search rankings or sales, or the availability of services we do not control, such as Shopify, hosting or third-party apps.
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by writing to the other. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand it over.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes. The terms in force when you accepted your quote apply to that project.
