Data cleaning, Excel models and reporting dashboards

Most reporting problems are data problems. We clean and restructure what you have, build the spreadsheet or dashboard on top of it, and set it up so the numbers refresh without anyone copying and pasting.

What you get

  • 01

    Data cleaning

Duplicates, broken formats and inconsistent names fixed, with the rules recorded so the data stays clean.

  • 02

    Excel and Google Sheets models

Workbooks rebuilt with a clear structure, built-in checks, and formulas a colleague can follow.

  • 03

    Reporting dashboards

The handful of numbers you make decisions on, on one page, readable on a phone.

  • 04

    Automated refresh

Data pulled from the source on a schedule instead of exported by hand.

  • 05

    Data migration

Records moved from an old system or spreadsheet into a new one, with checks that nothing was lost.

  • 06

    Walkthrough and handover

A walkthrough and notes, so your team owns the result.

Process

Typical jobs

  • Sales exports from several channels combined into one weekly view.
  • A stock sheet that has grown for years and now freezes when opened.
  • A manager who wants one page instead of twelve tabs.

Process

How a rebuild goes

  1. 1

    Audit

We look at what you have and tell you plainly what is broken and what is fine.

  2. 2

    Plan

A fixed scope, a clear price and a date, before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Rebuild

Short rounds. You see working progress every few days, not one big reveal at the end.

  4. 4

    Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough, and support after launch.

FAQ

Questions

Which tools do you build dashboards in?

We start from what you already use, usually Excel or Google Sheets, and move to a dedicated dashboard tool only when the data outgrows a spreadsheet.

Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?

It is the normal starting point. Cleaning is the first step of almost every job, and often the most valuable one.

Can you connect directly to our shop or database?

Usually yes, through an export, an API or a read-only database account.

Who owns the files and formulas?

You do. Everything is delivered unlocked and documented.

How do you handle confidential data?

We ask for the minimum access the job needs, work on copies where possible, and delete our copies when the job is finished.

Have something that needs rebuilding?

Send a few lines about it. We reply by email.
